First of May 2014

Bennett (snaggle tooth) and his best bud Hayes.
Langley and Bennett ready to go to his end of the year program.
Cousins picture with Ruby & Orla
The carnival comes to town the second week of May every year and the kids LOVE it! Mom not so much but I still take them. Its fun watching Parker ride all the rides with her friends.
Langley found her favorite ride right before we had to leave. It was so sad I almost cried too! Parker and Bennett being silly on their favorite ride.
Langley and her pals Julia, Carter and Grace at her end of the year program.
Not that almost everyone was out of school we headed to Starkville to catch some baseball for Mother's Day weekend.
And take a little tour around campus. Wow how things have changed!
The kids loved walking around and of course Clif and I reminiscing.
At the end of the last game Bennett pulled his tooth! No more snaggle tooth! Yeah!
And he got to have his picture taken with Wes Rea the left-handed first baseman he had met early that morning at breakfast. Wes hit a home run this game and called Bennett his good luck charm! He was thrilled to say the least!
More May fun to come!

Fun April 2014

Ever since I've lived in the MS Delta I've wanted to go to the World Catfish Festival in Belzoni and this year we did!! It was a beautiful day for some random fun!
All over Belzoni are painted catfish so we had to take a picture.
Bennett and Parker tried the wall climb.
And Parker made it pretty high up.
And we even met Miss Catfish!
And of course face painting was a must!

For everyone! Bennett wouldn't let me take his picture.
Langley insisted on working on her poster project homework while Parker worked on hers. I hope that she is this eager when she is in the 2nd grade.
Bennett's baseball season kicked off with an opening tournament. Who knew that all these boys would make the All-Star team at the end of the season.
Langley all decked out for some ballet.
At the end of April, Clif was asked to play in a Member Guest golf tournament with some friends of our in Houston so we took Parker along with us. She was ready for a trip without any siblings. Coco came to Greenwood and kept the other kiddos and household in order.
While in Houston we visited the Museum of Fine Art. Some art was a little strange but she enjoyed it.
We went on nature walks in right by their neighborhood.
And of course we went to the zoo!  One of her favorite places on Earth! The Houston Zoo is fantastic!
And of course the big kids had fun too! Below we were headed to the big Club dinner with Jason and Melissa. We can't wait to go back next year!
While we were gone Bennett got to go on a camp out with Uncle Michael and Taylor. They had a blast!

Easter 2014

Happy Easter! I tried to get a picture of the kids/family but it didn't work as planned but there will always be those years. We had a wonderful Easter celebrating the resurrection of Jesus at our home church Immaculate Heart of Mary.

I believe that Bennett was the photographer for this great photo!

This picture just shows me the beautiful young lady that Parker is growing up to be and scares me because she is growing so fast!
Best buds at the GCC annual Easter Egg hung!
Once again a wonderful Easter egg hunt at GCC.
Easter morning Easter egg hunt at home. No proper attire necessary!
Poppa Jack and Parker both loving technology...almost 60 years apart :)
