This past Sunday Santa was at the Country Club so we went to see him. We could barely get inside because Bennett loved the golf carts. We learned our lesson with Parker and we make sure the keys are not in the ignition!
Bennett was mad he wasn't driving anymore! Parker loved Santa this year
but Bennett wouldn't sit in his lap
this is the closest we could get Bennett to him
What a difference a year makes!

Below are some great pictures of the children that Cathy took in her front yard. Parker loves to try and climb trees these days. And of course Bennett wants to do anything that Parker does!

The last two pictures were taken at our "Little Red Schoolhouse" park that we take the children too. Parker looks like such a big girl!
Look at those cheeks!

We had a wonderful time in Brooklyn for Ruby's Baptism. She has grown up so much since we last saw her. Soon they will all be in Mississippi! Below are a few pictures from out trip. We found some time to visit NYC too. It has been awhile since I've been and I think I got my next few years worth. It can be a fun place to visit. We didn't attempt to take the children. They stayed with Mrs. Lynne since mom and dad are still recuperating (quite nicely).

Family photo op after the Baptism. Ruby did great! She only whined a little when the Priest poured the water over her head.

Saturday we all went to this cute French restaurant down the street from Brian and Beth's apartment on Atlantic Ave. While we were eating, it started snowing. None of it stuck but it was a pretty site.

Below is a re-enactment of a picture that Clif and I took almost 10 years ago when I was living in Hoboken. I am going to frame it next the other one that we took.

And of course, we had to go see the tree at Rockefeller Center. It was a busy time to go to the City but we had a lot of fun!

We had a wonderful time over the Thanksgiving Holiday celebrating with Mom, Dad, Crosby, Lauren and Crosby II. It all seems to go by so fast when you are having so much fun with family. Be aware that there are alot of pictures below...Enjoy
Bennett and Crosby played so well together. Below they are playing with the ball popper...everyone's favorite toy!
Crosby II looking very satisfied after his 1st Thanksgiving meal.
The Crosby Parker Family
The Parker Family Thanksgiving minus a few key family members who were definitely missed.
Parker and her daily activity of torturing Boots and Hagar who continue to come back for more.
Mom and Parker at movie time
Parker and Bennett playing together
Bennett and Crosby II playing together with me trying to nap on the couch.
Parker playing on mom and dad's new outside play equipment
Bennett and Crosby II playing on the new playset....which is not yet together.
Bennett was very thirsty and Clif thought this might quench his thirst but don't go calling child services because the can wasn't open yet!
Another great photo of the Crosby Parker Family (I'm posting for them because I can only imagine how long it will take for them to get their pictures on their blog)
Clif - earning his keep!
Bennett and Crosby watching the cats outside.
Another view
Papa Jack and the boys having fun. We missed you Taylor!

As you can see we had a wonderful time and hated to head back home but we look forward to seeing more family and friends during the Christmas Holiday.

This past weekend the children and I went to Centralia to visit mom & dad. Michael, Crissie and Taylor had the same idea. I knew that we weren't going to see them for Thankgiving so I wanted to visit with them. Taylor and Bennett hadn't seen each other since this Summer and they both have grown so much. As soon as they saw each other they started having fun! Here is a picture of them and Aunt Crissie scooting down the stairs.

Bennett and Taylor discussing their favorite books
Taking a quick break for a photo op
Getting our daily outside activity
Bennett was playing in the basket and then Taylor came along and jumped in too
We had fun visiting with y'all! We hope to see you again soon!

Sorry it took so long but here are some pictures from Halloween night in Greenwood.
Bennett and his cousin Livie (who is the same age as Taylor) were both lions. Aren't they cute!

Here is Parker and Ethan. He was a zebra but took his costume off after two houses. I don't think that Parker thought that her's was a costume. She loved being Dorothy!
Bennett got the hang of the candy thing real quick. He was moving pretty fast in this picture.
This is Cathy and Eddie's neighbor. She looked great at a witch...Bennett was a little frightened.

Here are a few pictures from the past couple of weeks.
Yes, Parker is sleeping in her closet. She has taken to doing this a couple of times a week. We leave her and she is in her bed but when we check on her she is in the closet. If we move her she just goes back so now we just leave her in the closet....is that terrible? She does it because the cats sleep in out closet and she loves her cats.

Her she is before we covered her up. An early morning at the Barnes' house. Bennett is happily eating his rice crispies. He loves using utensils and isn't half bad at it Mrs. Lynne is so creative with the children. Below are some of my favorite decorations this Thanksgiving season...my pine cone turkeys!
Clif did Bennett's hair one night before bedtime....he looke adorable! Clif was so proud. An afternoon at the park. I think this was Bennett's first time going down the big slides.
